We're homeowners looking to offer the homes we once loved to guests looking for a loving stay.

WHAT IS MID-TERM HOUSING?
Let me guess, the last time you were looking for a place to stay while planning your Spanish vacation, you considered sites like AirBnB, or HomeAway? These short-term housing options make it easy to find a place to stay during your getaways.
However, what if you’re not planning a Spanish getaway? What if you’re a traveling nurse looking for a place to stay during your 3-month assignment at a hospital? Or you’re a businessperson working at a remote office, training a new hire for 6 months? You need a comfortable place to stay, but you don’t want to make the commitment of a 1-year lease. And the cost of a hotel for one month is the same as a 1-year lease.
That’s where mid-term rentals come in. A mid-term rental is a property leased for more than 30 days, but less than 12 months. They are often furnished, stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies and everything else needed to walk in, drop your suitcase and get to work.
